Hi, I’m Janee’... founder and principal consultant of Model Executive Consulting. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), executive, leadership, and career coach, facilitator, and certified DISC and Hogan personality assessment practitioner.

I bring a unique blend of expertise shaped by two distinct yet complementary worlds: image, personal branding, and powerful presentations—combined with deep experience in business, sales, and transformative professional development training. For 15+ years, I thrived in corporate America (mostly in environments where I was the "only") as a consultant and trusted advisor in information technology, AI, and digital media sales, building and elevating brands for global leaders such as Amazon, Cox Media, and Thomson Reuters.

Today, my mission is to partner with emerging and established leaders like you— (especially women and BIPOC leaders) to help you unlock your full potential, harness your strengths, and step into the most aligned and impactful version of yourself. We will focus on your unique strengths and what makes YOU special, vision/goal setting, and even putting a strategic plan forward in place. Together, we’ll build the confidence, clarity, and presence you need to lead with purpose and influence.
