I’m Ja’Rod Morris, and I’m passionate about helping professionals unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Over the past 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations like IBM, Apple, VMware, and UKG, leading teams and initiatives in Customer Success, leadership development, and strategic program growth. Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Membership at TechSoup, where I manage a cross-functional team and drive programs focused on engagement, retention, and impact in an uncertain global civil society environment.

I’m also the founder of Tribe Strategy, where I work with organizations looking to increase their valuation ahead of potential acquisitions by improving customer retention and reducing churn. Whether it’s through building stronger Customer Success playbooks or coaching teams to execute with more consistency and confidence, I help businesses position themselves for the best possible outcomes.
