I've worked at Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft. I’ve interviewed/hired and mentored hundreds of engineers ranging from interns to staff engineers. I can really provide deep insight into interviewing and promotions, help with mock interviews (behavioral and technical), and just be there for any questions.
