Jayson Robinson

I am a product coach, trainer, and operator-leader. I built growth product teams at 2 US unicorns (>1B valuation).

After a stint in Deloitte Consulting, I have been working in product management for over a decade across B2B and B2C; a mixture of startups and enterprise. My current full-time role is Senior Director of Growth Product Management at BairesDev, where I lead a team of 25+ engineers, designers, researchers, product managers, and copywriters.

In 2018, I started leading public and corporate training workshops for topics including Foundations, Metrics, Mapping, and Communications. More recently in the last 5 years I have taken on coaching founders and heads of product. I also advise a non-profit music charity in London.

I most typically help mentees/coachees who are new-to-role. That means they're new to product management in general, or have recently moved from being an individual contributor to being a manager of PMs, or a manager of managers - CPOs, "Heads of", "Director of" etc. However, I also coach people who are looking to advance or transition, or even those just looking to crack tough problems.

Born and raised in London, UK where I live with my wife, dogs, and daughter.
