About

Hi, I'm Jerry.

I got into productivity for completely selfish reasons. I wanted to do less work, not more.

Early in my career I started obsessing over systems - not because I loved working hard, but because I wanted to find ways to work smart enough that I could actually switch off. Turns out, that kind of "productive laziness" is a rabbit hole. You start automating one thing, then another, then you're redesigning how your entire day works. Before I knew it, efficiency had become the thing I was chasing - not the freedom I was originally after.

Then AI arrived and flipped everything again.

I now wake up to a personalised briefing that's already scanned my favourite YouTube channels and newsletters overnight and pulled out what's worth knowing. My personal finances get analysed automatically every month, with a system that learns from previous months and surfaces patterns I'd never catch manually.

I didn't hire anyone to build these. I built them - and you don't need to be a developer to do the same.

That's what I help people feel: that thing where your tools are working harder than you are.

The professionals I work with - from middle management to C-suite - don't need more productivity hacks. They need a different way of thinking. I teach what I call a systems architect mindset: stop being a tool user and start designing the infrastructure around you. Know the what and the why. Let AI handle the how. Be resourceful enough to know which tool to reach for and when.

To cut through the noise, I give every mentee my 1% AI Stack - the small set of tools that actually create leverage (Claude, n8n, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM) - and show them how to combine them into real systems, not just party tricks.

Here's what I focus on with mentees:
1. AI & Automation - Building actual systems that run without you. Claude Code, n8n workflows, automations that compound over time.
2. Systems Thinking - How to design, diagnose, and improve the operational infrastructure around you. This is the skill that separates people who use AI from people who leverage it.
3. Career & Ops Leadership - Strategic growth for operators and leaders who want to stay ahead of what's coming.

If you want to feel like a version of yourself that has an unfair advantage - I can help with that.

Man oh man, where do I even begin. We've only had a few sessions, but out of the 20+ coaches i've had, I think Jerry may end up being the best. Maybe because he is more a mentor / someone to look up to or because he possess the knowledge that I am actually interested in learning. I graduated college and didn't learn a thing, mostly cause I wasn't interested in it. I come to our session excited to learn. The way Jerry drops ai game, makes me want to up my game and be better. Sound like a great mentor to me ehhh

From the moment I read his profile I was certain he was the guy for me. Jerry is helping me grow—he's teaching me how to think about using AI in a fully rounded way, helping me wrap my head around what I should actually be focused on, and how to stop going down the rabbit holes I'm prone to. I may still need some work on that...my fault not his! The biggest shift has been learning to use these tools to build the things that are in my head instead of fumbling around. I'm learning how to prompt the right questions and details so the AI gives me the specific information I need or does the specific thing I'm trying to accomplish. Jerry is helping me learn how to be smarter in this area. He is clearly invested in his clients actually getting somewhere. He's smart, he's encouraging, and he meets you where you are. If you're feeling overwhelmed by AI or spinning your wheels, he'll help you find solid ground fast. I highly recommend.
