Hi! I'm Josh. I've been a Technical Program Manager for over 12 years, working mainly at Amazon, and was a Technical Lead and Software Engineer before that. I'm passionate about the craft and wrote the seminal book on being a TPM - Technical Program Manager's Handbook with Packt Publishing. I also founded TPM Events, a non-profit company that runs a yearly conference centered around being a TPM as well as local chapters doing regular meetups. As such, my expertise spans technical, program/project, process improvement, leadership, as well as non-profit start ups.
I love to share and help people grow, and this is another way to help this community for me. I'd love to mentor and help you grow as well, whether you are becoming a TPM, growing as a TPM, transitioning in or out of the role, or just have general leadership growth aspirations.
