- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I have learned a few things during my last 15 years as a UX/Product Designer.
I can run a product end to end, from vapor-ware to deployed software. I can be a team of one, or one thousand. I collect and respect data and strive to base as many design decisions on it as possible. I am adept at understanding human goal-based behavior, and how to convert from insights to actionable design element combinations using component libraries and measurable happy path conversion milestones.
I possess excellent verbal and written communication, I work independently and under pressure within strict development schedules.
I have held various design and leadership positions, most recently as Creative Lead at Photon, where I am responsible for guiding multiple client projects involving design systems toward successful deployment.
Lastly I am a mentor in the Springboard.com UX Bootcamp program and delight in setting my mentees up to succeed across a wide range of product design dimensions.
