I mentor female leaders in tech to lead confidently, grow their careers, and achieve success—without ever compromising their values.
With 23 years in tech (12+ at Google), 5 years as a Senior Leadership Coach at Indeed, and 9 years of coaching experience, I’ve helped hundreds of women overcome self-doubt, inspire trust, and create careers aligned with their values and ambitions.

𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗠𝗘
I understand the challenges of navigating leadership in tech because I’ve been there. After returning from maternity leave, I faced burnout and redefined what success meant to me. That journey led me to Ireland, where I was honored twice with the Inspire Award by Women at Google.
Later, when a promotion I worked hard for didn’t materialize, I turned that setback into an opportunity to pursue my passion for leadership development. At Indeed, I coached senior GTM leaders to communicate with impact, build high-performing teams, and navigate high-pressure situations with resilience.
In 2023, after being impacted by a mass layoff, I launched my coaching and mentoring practice to help women in tech amplify their voices, lead with confidence, and thrive in their careers.
