Previously, as Chief of Staff for the People Team at Patreon and Palo Alto Networks, Lindsey led several initiatives, including managing Project Management Office for Patreon, creating a diversity strategy, managing workplace experience and IT support teams, reducing office spend by 3.4 million over the course of one year without impacting employee experience, and launching FLEXWORK, a program designed to define the future of work.
