Lindsey Sanford is a seasoned business operations leader with extensive experience in people strategy, project management, and execution. With over five years of experience as a Chief of Staff for People Teams, she has demonstrated the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and develop scalable processes that enable companies to grow efficiently and cost-effectively.

In her current role as Senior Director of Business Operations at Patreon, Lindsey manages internal communications and crises, ERG communities, infrastructure, and engagement across several different employee resource groups, and major product launches for Patreon's go to market launches. She is also responsible for planning international location strategy, office closure, and project management, as well as scaling processes around IT support and systems, onboarding, project management, and meeting rhythms for QBRs, MBRs, Company All Hands, and functional all hands.

Previously, as Chief of Staff for the People Team at Patreon and Palo Alto Networks, Lindsey led several initiatives, including managing Project Management Office for Patreon, creating a diversity strategy, managing workplace experience and IT support teams, reducing office spend by 3.4 million over the course of one year without impacting employee experience, and launching FLEXWORK, a program designed to define the future of work.
