We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I have worked in start-up, agile, agency and enterprise orgs. My journey includes:
* Establishing UX Research practices from scratch
* Growing and maturing a UX Research team
* Creation and maintenance of research libraries and insights for retrieval
* Deep experience with qualitative methods (such as interviews, usability studies, collaborative methods, and observation) and quantitative methods (primarily surveys).

* Create impactful and actionable insights, simplifying complex findings to drive meaningful business and user outcomes.
