Lori Schoenhard (PMP, MSCIS) possess two decades of IT leadership expertise, building and leading Project Management Offices (PMO), managing complex global enterprise programs across cross-functional teams, spearheading change management initiatives, and providing coaching to program and project managers. Lori founded Athena Project Consulting to fulfill a long-standing desire to establish her own consulting business and address the unmet needs of many leaders and colleagues she has spoken with over the years. She has a deep passion for supporting people within their IT careers, and paying it forward.
