I've been walking the UX & Design Thinking field for the last 12+ years, in different industries, projects, roles, Countries and...I know how difficult, unpredictable and messy the real UX world actually is!

My typical day as UX Delivery Manager includes overseeing Life Science projects of different sizes and complexity from within (UX & Product Strategy, research and design), planning activities and methodologies in a Design Thinking framework; screen, interview and hire new talents and coordinate a global and multicultural team, acting as a SPOC to our major Life Science engagements.

In my private life, I train for and play beach volleyball and friendly tournaments, I paint with watercolors and play cello from time to time.
