I've been meeting with Luc bi-weekly for the last 4 months. I am currently in my first Marketing Leadership role, and I was looking for an experienced mentor that could help me navigate the challenges of this new role. I have really enjoyed working with Luc. He has provided me with a number of different ideas and tools to elevate the work that my team does. He has been a great sounding board for me to talk through challenges I am facing, and has provided reassurance when I've had doubts. Working with Luc has provided me with more confidence navigating this new role. Luc has also been flexible on meeting times and dates. We've collaborated together on an agenda for each of our meetings. After our meetings, I have clear takeaways and action items to apply to work.
