I was appointed as the Sales Director for Global Financial Services (GFS) for BT in January 2022 leading the Payments Vertical having previously been a Client Partner for BT’s Insurance & Wealth Sector. I oversee a global team and strategic direction of one of the largest verticals for GFS. With full P&L responsibility, the role reports to the Managing Director and is a key member of the BT Global Senior Management Team.

My role has the added complexity of product ownership which I have responsibility to run current Secure Payment Networks with PCI ownership and strategy execution for vertical related propositions and partnerships.

Having previously worked for O2 I have gained over 20 years of experience within the technology & telecoms sector having enjoyed a variety of roles across BT in multiple disciplines through Public Sector, Corporate and Global.

Some of my key attributes is the ability to form strong relationships internally and with external stakeholders, the agility to build knowledge and experience across multiple verticals and applying those to my role to drive growth & great outcomes.

I started my career early in BT and completed a Business and Sales Apprenticeship in conjunction with BT and the Welsh Government to continue progression into leadership after being unable to attend university due to personal responsibilities. I am also a member of the DE&I board for BT with responsibility for our Allies & Role model Pillar as well as becoming a Non – Executive Director of BCT trustees using my leadership skills in my local communities to connect for good.
