Over the course of my 20+ year journey in software engineering, I evolved my own career from being an individual contributor to running entire departments as Vice President of Engineering. I hit plenty of bumps along the way and experienced first hand how challenging it can be to excel in tech without sacrificing you personal well-being. I was lucky to have some great mentors and guides. which is what motivated me to gain addition skills in coaching so that I can help others break into, and advance through the tech space while still having the work/life balance needed to excel both personally and professionally.
