I am a software engineer turned entrepreneur and venture-backed startup founder. I co-founded UpCounsel back in 2012, a marketplace for business legal projects. We raised tens of millions of dollars, grew the team to over 50 employees and exited to LinkedIn in 2019.
I led the marketplaces engineering teams at LinkedIn for a couple years before leaving to form another startup.
I co-founded Ratio, a fintech company financing large SaaS contracts to provide a BNPL-like functionality to offer payment flexibility to buyers, and upfront cash for sellers.
I'm now on a "solopreneur" journey, aiming to grow my portfolio of small cash-flowing businesses, both through buying, building and scaling those companies.
