About

I work with senior PMs and TPMs who are already successful on paper: good title, good comp, decent scope, but something's off.

You might be drowning in ambiguity and your leadership can't (or won't) give you the clarity you need to operate effectively. You might be executing well but constantly questioning whether you're focused on the right things. Or maybe you're stuck in a grind that isn't sustainable, and you're not sure how to change course without torching your credibility or taking a massive step backward.

I've been there. I came up through software engineering, worked my way from small companies to leading enterprise programs at Microsoft. I know what it's like to operate without clear direction, to need clarity that doesn't exist, and to feel successful by external measures while feeling stuck internally.

What I figured out: Getting unstuck isn't about working harder or chasing the next promotion. It's about understanding your brand, what you actually bring to the table, then aligning that to what leadership values so you can shape your trajectory instead of just reacting to whatever gets thrown at you.

I'm not the right fit if you're looking for interview prep, resume coaching, or tactical "how to get promoted" advice. I don't define a blueprint or have all the answers to tell someone exactly what to do.

How We Work:

We work in 30-day arcs. Each arc focuses on building clarity, leverage, and agency in your role:

Clarity: What's your actual brand? What does success look like in your current role, and how do you know if you're on track?

Leverage: How do you position yourself so leadership sees you as essential, not just competent?

Agency: How do you use that positioning to shape your scope and trajectory instead of just absorbing whatever comes your way?

I give direct feedback, share real frameworks from my own experience, and we set concrete actions between sessions. The goal is to help you build the decision-making muscles and positioning you need to navigate ambiguity on your own.

If that sounds like what you need, let's start with an intro call. We'll talk through where you're stuck, figure out if we're a fit, and decide together whether it makes sense to work together.
