During the trial, we’ll meet for about 30 minutes to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your goals—whether that’s earning a promotion, stepping into management, or growing as a leader—and discuss how I can best support you. We’ll also align on session structure, communication preferences, and next steps to make sure the plan fits your needs.
