About

Being an optimistic realist and having been exposed to many cultures growing up, I am passionate and determined to find solutions to social and environmental challenges around the world.

I have increased efficiency, sustainability, and business growth of mission-driven organisations through the On Purpose programme, and through The Impact Collective and SafetyNet Technologies, both which I co-founded. Previously, I worked in consumer research and product development at P&G.

Combined with the social sector and leadership experience I've attained, I love to help individuals develop their organisations to become sustainably and financially successful. My expertise is in developing strategies for organisations and finding innovative alternatives with actionable solutions to the challenges they are trying to tackle. I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from INSEAD.

Nadia helped demystify the impact sector for me by sharing her experiences and being quick to share her personal network with me to make some key introductions. She helped me create a concrete plan on how to explore and enter the impact sector, and motivated me to start executing it. She had vast amounts of knowledge about the space since she has been involved in it in various capacities. Her approach is very friendly and easy to get along with as well, making it the whole experience very enjoyable as well. I would highly recommend Nadia for anyone looking to enter the impact sector.
