Hello, my name is Natali Itzler (pronounce: She/her/hers).
Currently, I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix.
I started my journey in Software Engineering without a proper Software Engineer degree, pure curiosity, and passion for Computer Science. During this exciting journey, I moved through various positions including Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, Quality Assurance and Automation Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. I have extensive experience transitioning career paths, self-learning, and navigating career change across countries (Belarus -> Israel -> USA).
At the same time, I'm a mom of 2 young toddlers and had a lot of learning on navigating work-life balance in a high-performance environment.
