Nick Pellant

Hello! I'm a Senior Staff Software Engineer with over eighteen years of commercial experience. I founded my first startup when I was fourteen; since then, I've worked across the industry in a myriad of founder, lead and IC roles. Today, I work at Onfido and report to the CTO as part of their senior leadership team. In my role, I empower teams to make great architectural decisions, providing technical leadership and validating technical designs across our R&D teams.

I mentor many engineers as part of my day job; supporting their growth and accelerating their careers is a pleasure. I hope I get the opportunity to do that for you, too!
