Hello! I'm Nikki. I’ve been in the field for about 15 years now. I started off my career as a front-end and Flash developer at a small agency, and then made the jump to become a UX designer in 2011. In my career I've worked at larger companies like Yahoo! and Zillow, and smaller ones like Help Scout and Postscript (where I currently work).
I'm used to working on cross-functional teams with product and engineering partners, and generally I'm responsible for handling the full design process. This includes getting familiar with the problem we're solving, all the way through delivering the final design to engineers, and working with them on implementation.
