About
With a background in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Oxford, I’ve learned how to connect the dots and ask the right questions. Professionally, I’ve worked at startups and Fortune 500 companies like Goldman Sachs and Amazon. At Amazon, I've been working as a Product Manager for the last 4 years (we launched the Turkey marketplace, a rare opportunity while working for the giant) and am now switching to FinTech by joining Trade Republic (neo broker based out of Berlin) in the Product space.
I was also fortunate to be a "Bar Raiser" at Amazon where my role was to de-bias interview panels and facilitate hiring decisions that set up the candidate and Amazon for success.
In terms of industries, I've worked in IT, Food-tech, Operations/Supply chain, Ecommerce and now FinTech. Don't let anyone tell you an industry switch is not possible!
I want to use my experience to be able to help you 1) anything product management related 2) writing business docs as you well know that Amazon does not use powerpoints so I've honed my writing skills 3) anything CV/interview related, tips and tricks when switching industries.

I have been working with Nitisha for the last two months aiming to rebuild my CV and prepare for the behavioral interview based on the Amazon principles.
