I also help with interview preparation, drawing from my extensive interviewing experience both as an interviewer and an interviewee to help others understand what to expect and how to succeed.
What to Expect From Me:
My goal as a mentor is to bring clarity to the process. Starting from the first session, I listen to my mentees' goals and work with them to map out a plan to achieve them. I am dedicated to helping others succeed, and I expect the same level of commitment from my mentees. I encourage them to bring an agenda and questions to each session, and to follow through on the milestones we set together. I use a shared tracker to keep track of our conversations and plans, providing clarity and accountability along the way.
Unique Experiences:
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be interviewed by over 20 companies and have gone through more than 100 interviews. Many of these interviews have resulted in job offers. This unique experience has given me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding what interviewers are looking for and how to succeed in the process.

Really helpful advice even though this was just a single 45 min session: "Design a career strategy". I got more out of this meeting that I expected! I'm currently at staff level. We looked at my CV and discussed a few potential paths forward, with some good insights and info I didn't realize before. Also: Think about what matters to me most in terms of jobs and life - a few dimensions to consider. Orcun is a good listener, easy to talk to and has a lot of knowledge about the industry.
