Hi there! 👋 I'm an Engineering Manager at Meta / Facebook with over 12 years of experience both as a Tech Lead and Engineering Manager at big tech companies as well as startups. For me, seeing others succeed and grow is the ultimate satisfaction. I have always believed that when people are happy in their day to days, success and growth follows it along. With this in mind, I've made it my mission to help others around me stay happy and achieve their goals.

As a mentor, I specialize in two areas: career growth within current jobs, and interview preparation. I have supported over 30 engineers both formally and informally, helping them advance in their careers. And I have over 200 interviews under my belt as an interviewer.

What to Expect From Me:
My goal as a mentor is to bring clarity to the process. Starting from the first session, I listen to my mentees' goals and work with them to map out a plan to achieve them. I am dedicated to helping others succeed, and I expect the same level of commitment from my mentees. I encourage them to bring an agenda and questions to each session, and to follow through on the milestones we set together. I use a shared tracker to keep track of our conversations and plans, providing clarity and accountability along the way.
Unique Experiences:
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be interviewed by over 20 companies and have gone through more than 100 interviews. Many of these interviews have resulted in job offers. This unique experience has given me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding what interviewers are looking for and how to succeed in the process.
