Oshin is a great mentor. I wanted to strengthen my software engineering skills and try to apply for SWE role. Oshin helped me to orient myself while building my resume. She went above and beyond to help me to acheive my goal. Even though that my circumstance have changed which delayed my progress, for good; She helped me to make an informed decision and inn 4 months I improved as an engineer in my current role.
