About
I joined Amazon in 2020 as an intern and I am currently Chief of Staff for EU Home & Furniture, an organization of >120 people running a >$3b business. Alongside that, I directly lead a team of 10 account managers across 5 EU locations and partner daily with >5 senior stakeholders.
Most of my current work lands on the operating layer: how a large organization sets priorities, runs its forums, allocates people, and turns a plan into weekly execution. The other half is career development and people management. I also lead the Home GenAI and Innovation stream and I am the GL SME for GenAI, so I spend a lot of time on how AI agents change day to day work.
I mentor on career progression and promotion cases, moving from individual contributor to people management, negotiation, and using AI to remove manual work. I coach in English and Spanish.
