Pavan became my mentor a couple months ago and in that short amount of time he was able to help me land an offer as a Software Engineer at Capital One. Pavan has been a great mentor and I've really appreciated his assistance on my journey thus far. I was motivated to seek mentorship after having failed to secure a job offer after a year of being unemployed. I needed someone to talk to that held a similar title at a large company. I felt having the ability to gain insight on what worked for them would help me be able to take similar steps to get out of my rut. I've been fortunate to have the mentorship of Pavan for the last month.
