Hi, my name is Pave (pronounced Pav-eh) 👋.
I am an experienced growth marketer, mentor & educator based in Croatia, currently working as a Senior Acquisition Manager at Google.

Before, I was working at Photomath as a senior member of the growth marketing team, focused on paid marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and strategy.

I've been working in growth marketing for the past 7 years, helping businesses achieve business growth and marketing results.

I love talking about new growth strategies and growth marketing in general, growth levers, paid acquisition (Facebook, Google, Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit Ads), retention (email marketing, marketing automation, retargeting), analytics; to name a few things. :)

I don’t claim to have all the answers and I still have a lot to learn, but I’m happy to share what I’ve learned along the way.

I'm also interested in a variety of topics that we can talk about: productivity systems, personal finance, tech, writing, personal branding, business, Croatia 😀.
