BIO
I've focused on mentoring and inspiring other developers; I spent hundreds of hours doing pairing and mobbing sessions, coaching and tutoring developers at all proficiency levels, and working with them on everything from programming basics to object-oriented design principles, refactoring legacy applications, pragmatic testing practices, architecture decisions, and career development choices.
After running the program behind closed doors and working on several iterations of improvements, I'm offering it publicly and elected Mentor Cruise as the platform to deliver it.
