I've focused on mentoring and inspiring other developers; I spent hundreds of hours doing pairing and mobbing sessions, coaching and tutoring developers at all proficiency levels, and working with them on everything from programming basics to object-oriented design principles, refactoring legacy applications, pragmatic testing practices, architecture decisions, and career development choices.
