Hands-on support
Hey! I’m a Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently at NVIDIA.
Over the years, I’ve worked full-time at Amazon, Microsoft, and NVIDIA, including contributing to large-scale, production systems such as Amazon.nl, as well as with smaller companies and startups. My background spans multiple domains, including machine learning, computer graphics, AR/VR, game development, distributed systems, and infrastructure/DevOps. I started out as a software engineer and gradually moved deeper into ML, so I’m very familiar with navigating career transitions.
Outside of my day job, I’ve published and shipped a variety of projects — from a game on Steam and a computer graphics web platform, to deep learning research papers, a VS Code extension, game engine plugins, and game add-ons (including for World of Warcraft).
I can help you with:
1. Preparing for interviews and landing roles at big tech companies (CV reviews, interview prep, feedback)
2. Navigating your career growth, including switching domains or specializing (for example, breaking into ML from a software engineering background)
3. Salary and total compensation negotiation
4. Scoping, starting, and finishing impactful side projects alongside a full-time job
If you’re looking for practical, honest guidance from someone who’s been through these paths, I’d be happy to help. Mentorship can be per session or ongoing — we can figure out what works best for you.
