I can help with coaching, guidance and advice on how to transition successfullly across roles, how to grow your career in an IC or Manager path as well as how to navigate change in profressional and personal scenarios. I share my experiences, my successes and most importantly my mistakes so you can learn from them, and hopefully not fall into the same pit falls that I did.
Professionally, I am a:
• Seasoned software professional with over 25 years of experience building products (B2B and B2C) - web-services and mobile apps as well as open source projects.
• In-depth experience as a Product Leader – defining long term vision and strategy based on market trends, competitive landscape and VoTC - handling everything from product requirements to launch including GTM
• Managed multi-disciplinary teams of PMs, Scientists and Product specialists (including interns) – handling vision and strategy for multiple areas, project deliverables, career guidance and hiring that has helped build strong, diverse as well as highly functional teams.
• Founding member of the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I) representative council @ Tableau, working with the C-level executives and senior leadership team to roll out the core tenants for DE&I as well as organizing various programs and initiatives to further DE&I at Tableau.
