Randa Minkarah

I am an executive leader with experience with public, private, and startup companies and am known for creative solutions, problem solving, and strategy development to deliver sustained growth in a fast-paced environment. I have been a SVP at a publicly traded company and also a startup CEO and COO. My experience is in media (primarily television and digital) and technology. My last company was an AI for media company where we built a platform to help content creators drive larger audiences. Currently, I am CEO of a startup that launched in 2022.

I enjoy developing and implementing innovative solutions and have extensive P&L, budget, sales, management, and business development skills. My style is as a problem solver in a collaborative and inclusive manner, and I am a strong leader with a history of mentorship and hiring top performers.

Mentorship and giving back is part of my DNA. I serve on non-profit boards for that reason. My favorite part of management is helping people grow and achieve their goals.

In my spare time, I play with my three rescue GSDs and ride horses.
