Hi 👋 I’m Raul — a software engineer with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong blend of technical expertise and soft skills that have helped me grow, adapt, and thrive in different roles and environments.

Like many others, my journey hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve faced setbacks — including layoffs and tough interview cycles — but those experiences have shaped who I am today. I’ve also been on the other side of the table, serving on hiring committees and conducting both technical and non-technical interviews.

What drives me most is helping others succeed. Mentoring has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I’m always excited to share what I’ve learned and support others as they navigate their own paths.
