Ricardo is a great mentor! I started off not knowing anything in the cloud environment and week by week i gradually started building my knowledge off the assignments and knowledge that he has in the cloud to better my skills. Ricardo not only taught me but recommended me certain sites i should so that i could build my knowledge on my own. He explained what tools to download as well so we can build off the skills i was learning in our sessions. He's well organized, extremely smart and definitely wants to see you improve and learn in order to achieve all the goals to be as successful as possible. I would recommend anyone looking to learn new skills to definitely go with having a mentor like Ricardo.
