I had the privilege of being mentored by Ricardo, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. His guidance, patience, and deep knowledge have played a huge role in helping me grow both personally and professionally. One thing I especially appreciated was how consistent and committed he was always keeping to appointments and even initiating check-ins just to help me stay on track. That level of dedication really stood out.
