I've worked for billion-dollar NASDAQ-listed companies, growing Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) fintech customer bases 25X in as little as six months. I've also worked with Y-Combinator-backed fintech startups in personal and business finance, helping them validate use cases and build GTM strategies resulting in pre-seed, seed, and Series A investments.

I guide my mentees to build out their own GTM strategies using the same frameworks I use in my consultancy work, while providing regular tactical feedback on specific initiatives.

Communication-wise, I use Socratic dialogue (questioning techniques) to find the best way forward. This approach surfaces new insights each week, allowing us to change direction as needed. Depending on the mentee, I also use a shared to-do list for added accountability.

I love mentoring technical founders as they find their way out of their full-time jobs and towards their first revenue-generating products.
