Navigating the software landscape can be complex. With ever-changing technologies, many priorities, and diverse team dynamics, there's a lot to juggle. I’ve dedicated about 10 years to studying computer science at institutions like Imperial College London and Cambridge, and spent around 14 years in the industry, taking on roles in engineering, management, leadership, pricing, strategy, and patenting.
Mentoring has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. To me, it’s much more than just passing on the knowledge — mentoring is about guiding you through specific challenges, helping you draw the right insights, and celebrating your successes.
