I am a seasoned HR executive with 20+ years of experience driving transformative people strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. I have had the pleasure of holding executive leadership roles across the service industry where I am responsible for aligning talent strategies with business goals to fuel growth and innovation. This includes spearheading leadership development and DEI initiatives, retention and engagement strategy and organizational transformation initiatives.
As a Fractional CHRO, Leadership Coach and HR Strategist, I am passionate about partnering with Leaders and Organizations to help them enhance their workplace culture, develop and improve their leadership skills and elevate their impact in meaningful ways that drive the business forward. Outside of work, I am a mom to 2 amazing humans and 2 crazy pups. When I can, I love to get to the beach; it is my happy place and where I find my center. As a family, we love to travel any chance we get.
