1. Background: 2.5 years as a consultant -> 8 years as a DS IC/Manager at FB. Have experience working on various products including WhatsApp, payments, and VR.

2. My main value add as a mentor will be helping you build analysis that influence product roadmaps/strategy through crisp storytelling. Scaling your impact from just data analysis to actual business outcomes.

3. The biggest problem I see with data scientists is communicating the "so what". It's great to build models and find interesting data insights, but getting cross functional partners to action on recommendations, change product strategy requires deep product thinking and ability to build a coherent story.
