Hi! I'm Sunjay. I help people navigate career transitions that don't fit neatly into one box.
I moved from product marketing at Oracle and DocuSign into design because I wanted to learn how to shape conditions rather than just push outcomes. Design became the medium—a way of treating friction as information, understanding what shapes decisions, and building systems that work with people instead of demanding they work harder.
I work with people at crossroads: marketers curious about design, designers wanting to think more strategically, or anyone building a career path that doesn't follow the standard playbook.
What makes my approach different: Most career advice treats you like a productivity problem to optimize. I treat career transitions as a design problem, one that has to work with your actual nervous system, not against it. We focus on designing conditions and small experiments that match your real capacity, instead of forcing willpower through a fantasy version of yourself.
