About

I help ambitious startups scale and succeed globally by providing them with intense and tailored coaching and training on international business development and pitching, I support them with fundraising (EU funding, Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, private investments), and I connect them with innovative corporate companies to run a PoC together.

In terms of mentoring startups on international business development, I cover several topics: Global Networking and Partnership Building, International Expansion, Sales Process, Sales Prospecting, and Pitching to VCs in Different Cultures. I help startups to be able to design an efficient sales process for their B2B and B2C sales and show them how they can ensure sales prospecting that generates high conversion rates. I also want startups to have the right mindset about networking and partnership building, know all the tips and tricks, and be culturally aware when pitching to Western European, US American, and Chinese investors.

Concerning pitching, I normally cover three main topics: Pitch Deckology, Pitching Techniques, and the Elevator Pitch. I help startups understand what the key differences are between a sales deck and a pitch deck, what investors want to see in a pitch and how they evaluate startups, what the most important slides are to include in a pitch deck, what are some guidelines to keep in mind when designing a pitch deck, and how high-tech startups can present scientific data to non-experts. Besides, I want to make sure startups understand the right pitching techniques as well, inc. the hook, storytelling, body language, speech style, pitching as an introvert, and pitching to VCs in different cultures. Last but not least, I train startups to be able to pitch in one sentence, 30 seconds, and 1 minute by showing them everything they need to know about the elevator pitch.

I'm based in Barcelona, work with a global scope, and I have lived in six different countries across three continents so far: Hungary, France, South Korea, Malaysia, Colombia, and Spain. I hold an M.S. in Business Development (specialized in entrepreneurship, startups, and SMEs) from Budapest Business School and I'm also certified as a Value Methodology Associate.
