My Approach:
Option 1: I create specific strategies for promotions, job hunts and career pivoting after hearing about your story so far.
Option 2: I listen to your day to day challenges and brainstorm with you on how to navigate them.

If you can tell a story well in any job, presentation or interview, you can succeed. Great communication is THE solution to a lot of problems!
My ideal mentee:
- Someone who is looking to develop their career, take the next big step, pivot, is ambitious and wants to shine in an engineering or program management role.
- Someone who appreciates work life balance and mental health and sees work as a means to a healthy and wealthy life and not the other way around!
My Background:
I have a Materials Science and Engineering degree from Cornell University (Masters) and Queen Mary University (Bachelors).
I grew up in Bangladesh so acclimating in US and UK as an immigrant with the right communication skills was definitely a challenge in the early stages of my career.
I was also extremely technical when I left school for the corporate world and started as a Process Engineer in semiconductor manufacturing.
Ever since, I pivoted to program management as I found myself enjoying product strategy and leading a team with purpose more. This would also make me more marketable to the big tech industry so I started a role in iPad Operations (at Apple) and now work for Google Cloud.
I worked in various industries in my career (semiconductor, consumer electronics, renewable energy, data center).
My experiences have exposed me to a wide variety of challenges and I will guide you through career development strategies and review resumes/prep for interviews.
