Hi I am Tejas, With nearly 10 years of diverse experience in software engineering, I have had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading tech companies and Microsoft, across industries such as Fintech, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Data Archiving/Storage, and Technology. Over the past 5 years, I have built a well-rounded skill set, with expertise spanning front-end, back-end, DevOps, AI, system design, testing, and more.
I’ve worked in highly dynamic environments, where I was required to wear many hats, providing hands-on contributions in coding, architecture, cloud engineering, and even guiding teams. My leadership experience includes founding a startup, where I successfully led a small team of 5-6 engineers, and overseeing the development of key projects from inception to deployment. Additionally, I have extensive interviewing experience, having conducted numerous interviews and helped many candidates through the hiring process.
I’m passionate about helping others grow in their careers, whether it’s career transitions, technical guidance, or interview preparation. I am flexible with my availability, and while I generally prefer working in the evenings (PST), I can easily squeeze in an hour or two during the afternoon.
Additionally, I bring deep expertise in Azure cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise-level application design, and I am always excited to collaborate on innovative projects or help mentor others on their professional journey.

Tejas is an excellent mentor, he has given me several insights on how to perform my role as a SSE, definitely is not a simple transition, it consists on developing different skills, and Tejas has clear view of the big picture, and we're working on it. Additionally, Tejas is very punctual in our calls, and straightforward when it's time to give me feedback, I appreciate this approach and believe I made a good investment by working with Tejas.
