Hello there! I'm thrilled you've found your way here. As an Engineering leader with a passion for nurturing talent, I'm here to be more than just a mentor – I want to be your champion, your guide, and your biggest supporter on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. In my most recent corporate job at Google, I was rated in the top 1% of managers and was one of the few selected to coach other managers on their career. I sat on Google's Hiring Committee so I'm intimately familiar with hiring process at Big Tech and what it takes to launch a career at similar companies.
My years of experience have taught me one invaluable lesson: every individual has a unique spark, a special talent waiting to be discovered. That's where I come in. I'm not here to mold you into a carbon copy of myself, but to help you uncover your own path to greatness.
Together, we can:
* Explore your passions determine how/if they align with your career goals
* Cultivate your strengths and transform challenges into opportunities
* Navigate the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) world of engineering and product development
* Build your confidence and develop a leadership style that's authentically you
* Develop your skills to become a better, more empathic, leader
I believe in the power of connection, empathy, and genuine care in mentorship. When you work with me, you're not just getting a mentor; you're gaining a dedicated ally who will celebrate your victories, support you through obstacles, and always push you to reach higher.
I would love to connect with you and help you on your way to become the best version of you so please reach out and let me know how I can help you.

Terrence is simply the best mentor I've had, and I mean that without reservation. What sets him apart isn't just technical coaching — it's the depth and breadth of his guidance. He helped me develop genuine flexible thinking: the ability to step back, reframe situations, and approach decisions from multiple angles rather than reacting to surface-level pressure. One of the most valuable things he did was help me navigate a genuinely tough decision around an offer. He didn't just tell me what to do — he walked me through how to think about it, weighing the tradeoffs between startups and well-established companies, understanding what each environment means for your growth, your risk tolerance, and your long-term trajectory. That kind of contextual wisdom is rare. His guidance goes well beyond skill-level coaching. He helped me understand unwritten rules, human dynamics, and how to think strategically. He consistently challenged me in ways that were hard but always within reach — pushing my thinking without overwhelming me. That combination of empathy, cultural depth, and intellectual rigor is rare. If you want a mentor who actually sees you as a person and helps you grow in every dimension, Terrence is the one.

I cannot recommend Terrence enough as a mentor. Moving into management as a former Staff SWE left me feeling a bit adrift, as I lacked the necessary mentorship within my own organization. Terrence stepped in and provided exactly the kind of support I was looking for. What I value most is his ability to foster confidence. He helped me dismantle my imposter syndrome by sharing his own stories and experiences, which brought a much-needed human touch to our sessions. He is a brilliant listener who challenges my assumptions and enables me to approach my role with a new, strategic mindset. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, direct, and truly dedicated to your growth, look no further than Terrence. He has made a massive difference in my career.
