Hi, I'm Tom 👋. I've had 18 years of experience in software engineering and have grown multiple engineering teams from 10s to over 100. I know the challenges leaders will encounter on their growth journey and I've developed plenty of tools to tackle them. I've worked collaboratively to grow the skills and careers of hundreds of engineering leaders (both people managers and ICs).
