Having studied interaction and communication design, I have always been curious about how humans react to design. This curiosity led me to dive into UX Design and UX Research.
Projects rarely fail due to technology alone. It is mostly the people who support and accept a solution (and each other) or reject it and let it fail. Here is one of UX challenges - position itself as a value generating expertise and gain credibility. I love to support UX Professional in that matter.
Im a firm believer in the pivotal synergy between business growth and UX-insights. Working at and for various corporates (AXA, UBS, Raiffeisen , Roche) I know well the challenges that UX Professionals face in their every day project life.
As a UX Lead I enable team members to apply customer centric methods, such as Design Thinking, Customer Journeys and Personas, and to communicate UX insights to business stakeholders. Within AXA I co-developed and facilitated a Customer-centricity training program to coach and support agile software teams.
I am now looking forward to using my experiences to support you and help put our users first.
