I am an experienced software developer with a strong educational background: double degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and PhD in Bioinformatics. I am a cofounder and director of software engineering, and have led a growing team from 2 to 15 developers.
The part that I have always enjoyed most of my work is to mentor developers to be better at their craft. I have put a lot of thought on what it means to be a good programmer, and how to follow the right design principles.
Recently, I have started mentoring developers from outside my company and feel very rewarded when I see them dramatically improve their coding skills.
