Hello! I'm Vic.
I am a principal engineer at Twilio working on orchestration & scheduling for large scale distributed systems.
Before this I was at Eventbrite working on frontend infrastructure & tooling, and then built Eventbrite Ads from the ground up.
Prior to that, I was a full-stack principal engineer in the scientific communication, dissemination, & conversation space, and cofounded the Research Square preprint platform. I also founded JournalGuide and Rubriq, two award winning products that help scientific researchers.
I have a lot of experience at building engineering teams from zero, building & scaling distributed systems, streamlining processes, taking on hard problems, and making things faster. One of my biggest strengths is launching rapid prototypes and iterating quickly to test out product concepts.
