About

🏅Certified Executive Coach (ICF & BECI)

Hi! I am Vladimir. I have spent over 20 years in start-up and technology industries across fin-tech, wealth-tech and space-tech. I had founder and executive roles that exposed me to many meaningful experiences. I have gone through a lot of personal growth that helped me sort and format the knowledge so I can share it with you.

I have advised 250+ individuals and 100+ companies. I am a regular mentor for Techstars & YC companies.

My clients have described me as an insightful, practical, emotionally intelligent, and a results-focused coach. I like to take mixed approach to mentoring where I mix a series of questions with details from my actual start-up and executive experience. This helps you develop your decisions skills further, than just me sharing my story.

***Do you want to build a start-up🏢? Here are the things I can mentor you on:

- How to come up with the idea that will stick?
- How to create a pitch deck that will raise funds?
- How to make first hires?
- How to create traction and scale it?
- How to create a team contract that prevents founder conflicts?
- How to transition from a larger organization?

***Do you want to excel as a Technology Leader📈? Here are the things I can mentor you on:

- Talk through skills that "Got you here, won't get you there"
- What is it like at the top of organization and how executives make decisions?
- How to negotiate for a higher salary, broader role and responsibilities?
- What will get you more fulfillment and satisfaction from your current role?
- How to create a rock-solid short-term and long-term career plan?

I greatly enjoyed my mentoring sessions with Vladimir. I appreciated his technical depth and also how the technology works the markets. We were able to iterate on several approaches for my hyperspectral idea and I have learned a lot in the process. I strongly recommend having sessions with Vladimir to any aspiring entrepreneur.

I want to thank Vladimir for the alternative views and resources that he shared. I don't think I would have come up with those on my own in the time given. His prompt replies and detailed insight around executive growth made mentoring interactions very productive.

I am very pleased with my experience so far with Vladimir as a mentor. He has offered very helpful advice and exercises that have helped me collect my thoughts and refine my career goals. I am thankful for him holding me accountable to the things I said I would do. I've had many outstanding items on the to-do list that I viewed as difficult/daunting tasks, such as traveling to conferences and meeting people online, but they'd ultimately help me get closer to my goals. Happy to say I've finally crossed off many of those items off my list. Vladimir has also connected me with people from companies that I wanted to learn more about, pushed me to be more introspective and question my own opinions/beliefs, and provided excellent book recommendations based on my needs. I've only had 3 sessions with Vladimir thus far but I can say that I've already had a significant shift in my mindset and outlook on life, and I hope it will continue this way. Expect to meet every 2-3 weeks for ~45 minutes per session. You will need the time in between sessions to complete "homework assignments," which are action items that Vladimir will assign to you as you share your needs.
